About the product
Do you need to assemble the product?
We will deliver it as a finished product, so you can use it right out of the box.
How many sizes are there?
There are two sizes, Small and Large.
How much does it weigh?
Small is 3.5kg and Large is 4.7kg.
Can the seat fabric be removed?
The cover cannot be removed. If it gets dirty, please check the cleaning method described in the instruction manual.
Is it possible to change the size of the chair?
It cannot be resized.
How long is the chair warranty?
It's been 1 year since purchase. During the warranty period, we will respond according to our warranty regulations.
Can I cancel or return an item?
If you contact us within 7 days from the arrival of the product, you can return or exchange it. Please see our Return Policy for more details.
Does it transfer color while sitting?
We have tested and confirmed that there is no color transfer.
Regarding delivery
Can you ship overseas?
International shipping is available. When you visit our site from overseas, the price including shipping fee will be displayed as a general rule.

How long does it take from purchase to delivery?
We usually ship within 5 business days after you place an order. However, it may take some time to ship depending on the stock status. Also, please note that the arrival date varies depending on the destination area.
