Areas requiring separate shipping charges: Okinawa Prefecture (2,500 yen per prefecture), remote islands (800 yen *to be separately invoiced after order completion)
The delivery method is specified by us and cannot be selected by the customer in principle.
As a general rule, we do not accept date and time specifications.
However, if for some reason you wish to specify a delivery method, date, or time zone, please be sure to contact us in advance [before ordering].
We will not accept your request after your order has been placed. Please understand this in advance.
This does not apply to areas where natural disasters or large-scale events are being held. Please understand this in advance.
We ask for your understanding that scratches and dents on the outer box may not interfere with the use of the product.
The available delivery areas and methods are always subject to change. EMS is the standard international shipping method, and we will use the most reasonable shipping method at the time of shipment.
If you wish to have your order shipped internationally, the price will include international shipping charges. Depending on your Internet environment (e.g., using a VPN), the correct price may not be displayed. In such cases, you may be billed separately for the difference from the regulated rate.
In such cases, you may be charged the difference between the regulated and unregulated rates. Please note that refusal to pay may result in the shipment being disposed of or returned to Japan.
You will be notified of the tracking number after the shipment is completed. Please use the tracking service for your order as a guide only. The tracking service may not be available in all areas of the destination country. Once in the destination country or region, you can obtain more accurate information by using the tracking service provided by the local postal service. (e.g. USPS for the U.S., SGPOST for Singapore, etc.)
