Refund policy
We cannot accept cancellations due to customer reasons after an order has been placed. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
- When you receive your order, please check to make sure that you have not received an item that is not what you ordered.

However, in the unlikely event that you receive a defective product, an item that is not what you ordered, or damage caused by an accident during shipping, please contact us at 0120-382-505 within 7 days of receipt and return the product to the address specified by us. We will replace the product as soon as possible at our expense for both shipping and handling.
- Please note that due to the nature of the product, we cannot accept a product that has been used once or is damaged or scratched due to customer responsibility.
Warranty Period
The warranty period for the product is one year from the date of purchase. During the warranty period, the product will be handled in accordance with our warranty regulations.
After the warranty period has expired, the product will be repaired at the customer's request for a fee.
Repair will be charged in the following cases even within the warranty period.
- Failure or damage due to incorrect use, modification, or improper repair.
- Malfunction or damage caused by dropping, moving, or transporting the product after its arrival.
- Malfunction or damage due to fire, earthquake, flood, or other natural disaster.

Discoloration, deformation, warping, malfunction or damage due to the use environment described in the "Care Instructions (for long-lasting use)" section.
- Discoloration, deformation, warpage, malfunction or damage caused by spilling liquid or other liquids on the product and leaving it unattended.
In the event that the warranty period has expired or in cases such as (1) through (5) above, the actual cost of repair will be charged.
Actual cost means,
Technical fees (fees for repairing the malfunctioning product to normal condition. (Labor costs for technicians, general administrative costs, etc.)

Parts cost (cost of parts used for repair)

Actual cost of travel or round-trip delivery will be charged.
